Huh? ⁉️ ? well kinda but not in density, overall composition and sports performance. A pound of marshmallows is going to take up much more space than a pound of steel. I get it what that means a pound is a pound on the knees. you’re actually gaining weight by replacing low-density fat tissue with high-density muscle tissue. While it may add a bit to the scale, it is a good change and will help you to continue to run faster and get fitter.
I’m not saying go extreme on weight lifting. Body building and long distance Running are counter intuitive in training. The same is true for waning to be a 5k runner or a long distance marathon running. That’s why you see the difference in muscular track runners and anorexic-emaciated looking long distance marathoners.
You can’t be both and it’s true about the weight.
But don’t worry about bulking up on Testosterone Replacement Therapy unless your taking far exceeding “replacement” dosages which just leads to water bloat, hormone imbalances and food cravings to eat.
??♀️? Something very important you need to know about TRT is that long distance running will lower your testosterone levels so you’ll actually require a little more dosage. Again they’re may be some variation to some men but the average ballpark is 120-130 mg a week and biweekly dosages! I’ve done both subcutaneous belly fat and IM injections for the past 10 year and they’re both good.
