I'm 50 and run about an hour a day. I really don't pay attention to my form, and probably should. Over the past few years, I've stayed fairly fit, but I've become that shuffling old guy you see running down the street - my stride isn't smooth. It's short and choppy and uneven. No particular injury to blame.
What would be a few simple form drills I could do to improve my turn over and form? Not looking for anything too strenuous as I can be prone to injury
Thanks in advance
