im a rising senior with a 4:36 mile and went 17 flat last year in xc. this past weekend i ran about a 10:15 2 mile at around 4000 feet elevation on a semi hilly course. been running 40-50 miles all around 6:40 pace with one workout during the week. what do you predict i will be around by the end of the season in late october? thanks in advance.
