Farah screwed up one again here. He just doesn't get it. Let me explain.

Last year, that 3:28 in Monaco was just too fast. Many fans started to really think, "What type of juice might the NOP be on?"

Here he wins by 2.50 seconds and all of the fans who thought Farah should have had the guts to race Commonwealths were proven right.

No one in Europe has run under 13:10 this year. He destroyed them.

I agree, this double indicates that Farah could have competed in at least one event at CWG.

He beat Vernon (13:11SB) and Tahri (13:12SB) today. At CWG, Ahmed came in 5th with a PR of 13:18 and he was in it until 1 lap to go. At a minimum, Farah could have medalled (with outside shot at gold) at CWG.

So, essentially, Farah decided not to compete at the CWG because he wasn't nailed on to win the gold. Some fine athlete this guy is, treats the fans well.

Meanwhile in Africa, Ndiku wins a much harder race in 13:24 with a faster finish

No, Birmingham on Sunday.

What last lap did Nidku run? Farah ran the last two laps in 58 and 52. I find it hard to believe Nidku ran faster than that for the last 800. He closed in 54.5 at the common wealths even if it was a faster race. Even good 800 guys would probably only run about 148 off a 58 first lap. Farah looked much better in this race than the 10k. Probably did not ease down much for the 10k. He is running the great north run half marathon in 3 weeks so don't think we will see him on the track much more this season although he is running a 2 mile race next weekend.

Lol Farrah is such a loser . He dodged commonwealths because he knew he would lose.

We all know who did the REAL double, Mahediene Mehkissi-Bennabad. Steeple-1500 beats 5k/10k hands down.

He was sick , not injured , there is a difference , if he was not sick he would have run plain and simple.
