This summer I built up to a 60 mile week. Last summer my highest was 45. I know it might be a large jump, but I feel good and have been taking care of my body. I hit 60 two weeks ago, then ran a 45 mile week and I just finished this week at 62 miles. I am not sure if I should drop my mileage in season or not. I was planning to do 55 next week, 50 the following and 45 miles after. The 45 mile week would be the first week in September, and would be the week before my first race. Then I would maintain 45 miles per week the rest of the season. What do you think?
