Drop the mileage while you incorporate the other workouts then gradually increase again.
Or take a risk and don't.

Easy.
1) introduce your power work.
2) reduce the intensity of your mileage, while maintaining the overall mileage.
Option B, since you don't want to dramatically reduce mileage...
2) reduce the intensity of your mileage, and slightly-to-moderately reduce your overall mileage.
