When collegiate athletes compete in world level track events in late July and august how does this effect their cross country season?
It doesn't. Almost no college athletes will be involved in any "world level" meets in August. There may be a few in the WJC but it that wouldn't affect a CC season coming up in mid-Sept.
Most college runners have an active rest period after their season and begin their mileage in earnest in mid-July and through August.
Looked relaxed today. I think he has a very good medal chance. Bosse is on a different level though. I would love to see Bosse run in the Women's rugby World cup kit although I am pretty sure his fancy dress 800m WR is safe.
