Either Mo is in very bad medical condition, or the NOP culture likes to use medical issues as their cover when the public starts calling out Mo for ducking competition.
Coming from someone who has fainted multiple times, some individual's natural response to extreme stomach pain is fainting. This has been the cause of 3 of my 5 fainting episodes, the other two were extreme pain in the foot and low blood sugar.
In conclusion, because all of his test results came back negative, I don't think he lost as much as he thinks he lost due to the episode.
