Hi my current PRs are 4:36 mile, 10:20 2 mile, 16:59 5k... However, i ran the 16:59 in july of this summer off of only base mileage. My weekly mileage would typically contain 1 workout and the rest easy mileage around 6:30ish pace... typically did 40ish miles a week. What do you think i can get down to by late october once i start adding speed in? Thanks in advance. oh and ran a 17:15 this past saturday on a more hilly course with high humidity,
