It's that time of year again. Serious predictions and even more serious trolls welcome. Who takes the title at Schenley? More importantly, is Trevon Rainford back for another rodeo?

Greco wins. The word on the street is that Bonnies have a good recruiting class.
How's the course at Schenley park?
And if I had guess I would say Lasalle probably takes it again. Wouldn't mind being wrong with that prediction though.
Saint Joe's is getting a very good transfer this year. Could shake up things for XC and indoor.
And St. Joe's has an excellent FR class. Should be interesting.

Who is the transfer (or at least his pr's)?
The FR class has a 920 guy and a couple 925 guys. Solid but nothing too exciting. They lost a bunch to graduation and not sure who will step up.
Watch out for Fordham, good couple of frosh coming in and solid returners
Fordham got a surprisingly good recruiting class distance wise. The weakest recruit for them is a 4:18 miler. Should be interesting to see how they pan out.

Rad Gunzenhauser from W&M. He has XC and indoor left. 8:10/14:05

President Benedict always knows!
What???
Gunzenhauser did not to help W&M make Nationals in XC?
Greco and Barnhill a potential 1&2 for individuals.
Teams:
1. LaSalle
2. Duquesne
3. Saint Joe's
Top three are all that really matter.
Richmond?
Davidson will have its best A10 results ever!
Reports are just coming in this morning that Greco has failed a NCAA random drug test after testing positive for banned substances found in "rogaine plus foam for men". So I doubt your prediction will be correct with Greco facing a year suspension.
Richmond will challenged to crack top 5 this season with the new coaching structure of Davidson, and teams like; Fordam and UMass.
Anyone else have an opinion on top 5 individuals and teams?
I do predict that VCU will challenge to be last in both the men and women A10 team championships.

LOL
St. Joes will again choke this year even with all of their talent. #BustCity
The only thing the Hawks will be busting this season is loads all over the Explorers after they put 5 in the top 12 at A10's. #spraying #loads #facialLaFleur
