A lot of teams are "racing" this weekend, where are all the teams going? Navy is at home and if you recall schroeder threw down a 23:50 or something like that at this meet last year. Anyone expecting any surprises?

American is at the Mt St Mary's Duals.
Holy Cross is at New Hampshire with Providence.
Lafayette is at Monmouth.
Lehigh is home for the Lehigh Invite.
Loyola is at DIII Salisbury.
Bucknell is home for the Bison open.
Navy is idle.
BU is idle.
Colgate is idle.
Army doesn't have their schedule posted yet.
Fast times for bucknell at their opener

It was a 3 mile race at Bucknell. Not a 5k.
What was the course like?
Brendan Johnson is looking good early and American usually peaks well. He might be one of a hand full of guys who could be the individual champ this year.
Navy @ Fordham Fiasco
American @ Oregon
Holy Cross, BU at Bryant (Nassaney)
Bucknell @ Detroit
Colgate home dual meet against Syracuse
Lafayette Lehigh Loyola Maryland idle
Army still no schedule posted
Looks like there may be a new PL favorite: Regan gets some pretty good scalps in Jenkins, Elkaim, and (less so now) Jablonski. Lets see if he can keep it rolling through the season. No telling on whether the UO boys were really racing or using this as a workout.
Is this course really flat?

Army's schedule has been posted in July?
They're off this week.
http://www.goarmysports.com/sports/m-xc/sched/army-m-xc-sched.htmlYeah, id say all the oregon boys were going all out. 24 40s? Yeah must be a real ball buster for a guy who has run 13:18.... Please stop posting on account of how stupid you are. You are making the patriot league look like a bunch of skeezes.
Well seeing how this is a thread about the Patriot League maybe focus a little more on how Regan did and try to provide some insight, a**hole.
For an early season meet the top three American guys look alright on paper. Fordham Fiasco was a joke for Navy and really slow apparently because of the heat. The Navy invite should provide a better picture of the PL.
They competed at their home meet actually. Thanks for the link though.

It's a slow course and Jenkins ran that 13:18 about a year and a half ago for Northeastern. It's not crazy to think Johnson beat him because...well Johnson beat him.
Oregon's top guys no doubt were holding something back but why do you assume Jenkins was too? He wasn't even with the top group.
I'm assuming you'll just respond with name calling and the like so lets just skip that part and try to post something logical next time.
Navy has a duel meet against Gonzaga on their schedule. Any ideas where that one came from?

So is it just going to be Lehigh vs navy this year again? Lehigh does have the horses to get the job done, but Navy is just full of depth. Miller and mahalsky could provide a critical 1-2 punch to really get the job done for the hawks. They also had some freshman run really well at their home 6k, with one of them earning rookie of the week, if they can hold it together. Schroeder shouldn't be discounted, but if those guys are on their game they will be tough to beat especially with o donnell, hebda, Kelley, and every other random dude that seems to show up in their 3-12 spots.
American has strength in regan and Johnson but are severely lacking after that.
Bucknell, who knows what is going to happen with this team. They also have some horses, but if recent history serves as precedent, they won't be up for the team hunt.
"It's not crazy to think Johnson beat him because...well Johnson beat him."
Regan, not Johnson.
Didn't Army used to win the Patriot League quite a bit? No they seem completely irrelevant and don't even appear to have a coach.
I think Navy wins this year but a tight finish for .2nd between several schools.
Yea they got fat and slow and run like pussies. But I think they'd win the annual patriot league throw down
No I think the team with the active shooter would win the throw down.. The only team more irrelevant in terms of throw downs and races is Bucknell
