Tell your coach you are willing to forgo parties, hydrate, lift, core, improve your running economy, stride to become faster, stretch, 8-9 hours of sleep at night, nap midday after morning practice, eat vegetables, be accountable, be reliable, be mature, be a good teammate, want your teammates to succeed, encourage them to be successful, be a good student, make the athletic director's honor roll, be willing to hurt in your practice, be a tough competitor both mentally and physically, understand that this is a sport and we do not always get what we want - be mature, be respectful to teammates, coaches, staff and administration, be willing to give a little more to your training each year to allow yourself to develop to the next level of fitness, Be a good example, lead with your actions as an underclassman, learn your teammates to vocally lead in a way they respect as an upperclassman, trust and have faith in your training, become a strong advocate for the training, program, coach and university, as an alumni become a supportive presence both visually and monetarily (i.e. Duke E Snider Scholarship given to an incoming freshman who is active in their community)

Pretty sure they are around 8m00, 13.25, 17m00 and sub-50sec.
My brother turned down a full ride to UCLA.
He had a 25' LJ and 54" Triple.
But that was when Lew Alcindor was a sophomore. So it was a long time ago, and my brother was 22 yrs old
UCLA is #1 in Men's Basketball Championships with eleven (11) total.

not talking about a full ride either
Visit southern California when UCLA host the Pac 12 Championships (May 15 & 16, 2015)

If the standards was that high I would decline UCLA and sign a contract with nike or adidas ASAP!
