Leaving in the next hour or so. I caught a rare 65 degree day in late July, feeling like doing a track workout.
Recent stuff: 70 - 80 mpw, 1 tempo-type workout per week or a race. Last week was 5xmile at tempo w/ 200 jog rest avg 5:15. The week before was a 10 mile tempo in 55 minutes. Recent races have been a handful of 15:0x 5ks and a 4:16 track mile.
Workout does not need to be race specific, I'm not really training for anything in particular right now.
