What are your thought on the following program.
Basically a 3 day rotation of 30 minutes each day.
day 1- 30' w/ 2min pick up + 4x1'(1)
day 2- 30' w/ 5min pick up + 2-3 x 1(1)
day 3- 30' w/ 10' min pick up + strides
mainly training for fall 1500/miles and maybe an occasional 5k
