I'm aiming to go for a sub 35 10km in an upcoming road race on the 14th of September in Paris and I was wondering what kind of time I need to be able to run for an all out Kilometer in order to run under 35 minutes ?
I would imagine that a 2:40 - 2:41 Kilometer on the track would translate to Sub 35 minutes on the road. I'd like to know what you guys think ...
I'm doing a lot of Mile repetitions and 1 long run every week.
