Hi boys and girls,
I'm trying to run a sub 3 marathon and I think I've decided on getting Adidas Boosts to help get me there as my new shoe as my New Balances have seen a lot of miles.. Time to invest.
For context, I've not suffered training injuries and tend to run about 40 miles per week. My 2 marathons were 3.20 and 3.24 with cramp for last 4 miles but really knuckling down this time to try to get sub-3. I live in Colombia and not convinced by what I've been told in running shops here, so was wondering if anyone had any advice at all on which speed/weight/style Boost shoes (or alternatives) I should be looking at..
