Entering my jr year of college. I am a little behind on my summer training. My first race isn't for 6 weeks, but I am pretty out of shape. Can someone help me come up with a good base plan to be competitive in the fall? I have been on my team's top 7 the past 2 years, so the talent is there.
PRs/ 8k: 25:35, 5K: 15:11. Have experience running ~80 mpw.
