Got hit by a car recently. Still can't run, but can bike. I was doing 50 mpw before and I've been out a week.
I'm currently training for the cross country season.
Does anyone know any good workouts I can do on the stationary bike?

well I like the 3:1 mileage ratio for bike to running. so 20-30 miles of biking shouldnt seem too bad. other than that I would say do fartleks and steady states the same you would running. up the resistance for the harder paces
