I'm in training for cross country and i train a ton but I haven't been doing a lot of strength stuff for my legs because I'm afraid of beating them up too much. How do I balance out my running and strength training with out over fatiguing my legs? Should I do legs after my workout days, so I can keep my easy days easy? Also while I'm here, should I do doubles on my easy days or on my workout days? Thank you guys. If you need more detail, just ask!
