As follows: 8x 200m with 45 seconds break, in 32.9, 32.4, 32, 32, 33, 31, 32, 31. I should point out that I was not wearing spikes. I've got an 800 next week I'd like to run ~2:10 for. Thanks!

You're looking at a 2:28 at best.
you did do it w/45 seconds rest, so I'd say you can probably run between 2:08-2:11

I don't like 200s for 800 prediction. The results are too variable to reliably predict.
were you running each rep hard or were you kind of relaxing?
I've always found 1×800m @ 100% effort to be a much better predictor, but thats just me. From your 200s, if they felt relaxed and not hard, I can see a 2:10 maybe, but if they were tough or hard at all, youre looking mire 2:20/2:25ish
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
