Your legs should feel stiff unless you have the genetics of a beast. Muscle stiffness. Sore in the joints might suggest a more serious problem. Stretch and foam roll before bed time helps - at least a couple hours after your workouts.
I get really tired-and need to sleep 10 hours plus a night.
So tired, I can't really even jump.

During my first two years of college, I built up slowly and logically from high school. This didn't really get me the results I was looking for, so the summer before my junior year I decided to really pack in the mileage all summer following advice given on here (Malmo) in that I should double as much as possible. In this way I was running 110-120 mpw all summer in 14 runs per week, twice a day every day.
The big mileage increase combined with typical summer heat and humidity had me feeling terrible all the time. Runs were often slow strugglefests. I continued running ~110 mpw during the season with workouts, but in hindsight I believe that if I had backed off on the mileage to allow for better quality (practically, if my legs weren't dead for workouts) then I would have run better. I still ran better than I ever had, but probably not the best I possibly could have.
It was a good learning experience, and one that you can only really find out for yourself what it's like. Keep it up and see what happens, at the very least you'll establish where your limits are.
Above 80mpw, I had the feeling like I was either getting ready to run or recovering from a run. I didn't like having that stale feeling for too long and usual took an easy week and then ramped back up.
In hind sight, I would have traded some of the medium paced mileage for some fartlek/short hill sprints/strides and some slow recovery runs.
As a product of the 90s I didn't do slow regeneration runs...we were taught to "not do any junk miles".
