i'm on vacation for a few days and i forgot my daniels copy - i can't remember the details of the elite marathon plan Q1 workout for the first week (18 weeks out from the marathon). does anyone have a copy handy and can post that first workout?
i know it's something to the extent of 2E, 4T, 10E, 4T, 2E but can't remember exactly. thanks much. anyone else using daniels to gear up for a fall marathon?
