Hello!
I am recovering from a stress fracture in my tibia.
When I first started coming back to running, I had the pain from the scar tissue, but it eventually went away.
It is about my sixth or seventh week of back running, and all the pain I had is gone, but I am having this very weird tingling feeling in the area of where the stress fracture was. It is not a painful feeling but very strange. It does not hurt to walk or run, but the tingling is normally after I run.
Is this a normal feeling for post stress fracture pain? and what causes it?
