I ran a twilight race the other day when I was stricken with multiple and intense stitches all throughout my abdomen. I could not breathe correctly and it felt like 6 knives were sticking in me whenever I tried to speed up faster than easy pace.
1. I never get side stitches at morning races or workouts
2. I do plenty of core
3. My diet is generally good. Maybe my electrolytes were out of whack?
