In all seriousness: Aqua Jogging. Otherwise cycling or swimming.
Thank you! What is the ratio of miles ran to miles biked that is most optimal? Or how much time should I spend cross-training?

Personally, I don''t think you can really convert biking to running. Biking might help aerobic fitness and muscle strength, but I would seriously consider aqua jogging (preferably in the deep end of a pool) or possibly elliptical (not my favorite).
I would say about 10-12 minutes of moderately hard aquajogging (65-70 strides a minute) would be the effort of 1 mile running for me.
