Hello everyone. First of all sry of my bad english. I am a 21 year old runner. Next week i will start my aerobic conditioning. My question is if i can make a strenght training with weights during my aerobic phase? And i can make some strides 2-3 times a week during my aerobic phase? I read that Mo Farah was every day on the gym, because he was very weak. I feel very weak in strenght too.
I will run 100-110 mpw between 130-150Hrm and weekly two long runs. The strenght training and strides will fit to my program ?
And the strenght training will not make bad for my aerobic development? I read that strenght training is aerobic, and is good to avoid during aerobic phase.
If anyone can give me some advice to my training program i would be very happy.
