2x1.600 - 5:02 / 5:07 (200m jog between)
400m jog
2x800 - 2:28 / 2:31 (200m jog between)
200m jog
4x400 - 71/72/71/70 (100m jog between)
bonus: 200m (28.9 - I was feeling well and did this last 200m).
How does that translate to a 5k?
btw, i think this is a great workout. Another variation closer to the competition could be 1x1600 - 1x800 - 2x400 - 4x200.
