Hi, I'm a 15 year old sophmore wondering if I should train for the 2015 season . I can run a low 49 sec 400 a 10.9 100 and a 4:04 1500 and I've went 21'9 in the long jump. But the other six events I'm unsure off. I think I have good muscle mass to so the throwing events mediocre considering I can bench 220 at 160 pounds but the high jump pole vault and hurdles I draw a blank on. Would it be worth it?
