Yes, that is definitely the secret - nobody to call him on it when he throws out that BS age.
secret: no wife or kids.
Of course that isn't the secret. There is no secret. I think you means "is that the cause?" To this question, the answer is "yes."
Which is more doped, 9.58 or 126?
According to that article he "hates having a bath". I think that's the secret .

While I know you are joking, there could be some correlation.
My grandfather is 97 and he fought in the Pacific. He got to know a lot of Japanese guys really well during and long after the war. He told me that they always talked about the importance of a mid-day nap.
My grandfather religiously took 1 or 2 hour naps each afternoon, even when he was working. He was a successful business guy and he would lock his door and nap in his office Don Draper style.
Anyway, he claims that is what has kept him alive and sharp.
As a husband and father of two kids, I can tell you there is no damn napping in my house. The second I plop down on the couch, my wife needs something done immediately and the kids start jumping on my stomach.
How is he doing now?
You need to work out the times with your wife, so that you alternate taking care of the kids, and you don't even try to nap on the couch. You have to go into protected territory where you can close a door. Napping is key to running and general sharpness. You can also say accurately that it makes you a better father.

I have actually just read this on Yahoo.
I wonder if he could get children.
He is a blessed man.
I think it is statistically shown that single men live shorter. Higher rate of STDs, lonliness, lack of "meaning" to life. Although for this guy it obviously worked
he looks horrible
no thanks
Probably one of those 'alone but not lonely' types who can barely stand to be around people. I've seen it a lot, wives and kids take DECADES out of formerly sprightly guys. Nagging, demanding women to worrying about offspring and their life choices and missteps way into adulthood. Lifelong bachelors are the happiest people on earth.

He is actually doing quite well. I am amazed at how sharp he is when I go visit him.
I am sure it has more to do with genetics than napping, but I found the correlation to be interesting.

You're right. We actually do this, but it is typically centered on other tasks, such as yardwork, housework, running, etc.
If I find myself with time to nap, it is never planned.
"Jose Aguinelo dos Santos was born on July 7 1888"
That was probably his dad's birth certificate. People lie about their age.

Horse hockey.
Married men live on average 17 years longer. There are confounding factors, your mileage may vary.
