3 distance coaches out if the 6 allowable including the head coach.
Is that enough?
Considering Wisconsin's tradition in distance running, this seems more than appropriate. What is the proportion of points scored at B1Gs by their distance crew?
Let's see, for the men in this year's outdoor championships:
3 points for the 400
9 points in the 800
6 points in the 1500
25 in the 5000
24 points in the 10000
4 points in the 3000sc
3 points in the 4x100
4 points in the 4x400
4 points in the HJ
5 points in the PV
2 points in the LJ
3 points in the SP
2 points in the discus
8 points in the HT
3 points in the Jav
15 points in the Dec
so breaking that down:
56.2% points scored by distance.
22.3% points scored by fields.
12.4% points scored by multi (just two guys).
8.3% points scored by sprints.
If they wanted to cut costs they should do away with sprints entirely and just focus on field/multi and distance.

Nothing like having three coaches to do the jobs of two.
yes, but you can only bring so many to the championships. there are limits to these things in the Big Ten, unlike ACCs that started 80 guys in the 5k.
Jill Miller did excellent work at W&M.
Best and only yoga instructor I've ever had. Once you go Jill Miller, you never go back. She's also a great coach and has mad swag. #LuckyBadgers
