I'm heading into my senior year of cross country as I'm hoping to hit at least 17:30 or lower and have been wondering if this is a good plan for increasing my mileage to 60 mpw. Im currently on my 7th week and is throwing in striders every Tuesday and Thursday good? And I am also hitting the weight room too.
