I am a high school runner running about 50 miles weekly. I know that fueling is a critical part of how you run, and I was would appreciate if anyone had some tips or advice on my diet, such as if it is good or how to improve it. Today I ate:
Breakfast
2 eggs, 1 glass skim milk, 1 slice banana bread, blueberries
Lunch
Hamburger, 2 cups watermelon, tortilla chips w/ salsa, 1 serving ice cream
Dinner
2.5 servings pasta and ground hamburger with mushroom soup, 2 cups green salad mix with dressing, diet root beer, 1 serving ice cream
