Both respectable and very impressive but I am going with Emma's AR.

Anyone who says Hardrock needs mental help.
so what do you think - could the guy run, say, 2K at Emma's AR steeple pace (no barriers of course)?
Easily.

So could she run his pace on a flat course for 75 miles, or would she be way more fast?
Racing head to head, he would beat her at all distances. She could not hold his hard rock pace for 75 miles...not even close.

No freaking way.

I know the distances are different but Killian is a more accomplished ultra runner than max king, who would have no problem beating Coburn in a steeple as he has rum about 8:31.

The fact that someone is a more accomplished ultra runner than Max King hardly means they would be faster than Max at a Steeplechase. And likely it suggests exactly the opposite.

One is hiking and skiing, one is running.
I guess you guys forgot that the women run over lower barriers?
One would also think that because Max is an accomplished ultra runner himself that he would suck at steeple, but that isn't the case, is it? The problem is you fools underestimate the ability of elite ultra runners.
Kilian would struggle in the steeplechase, because he, on account of being an immortal mountain elf, is 4'4. Furthermore, he has a profound aversion to running on flat surfaces. This is very common among the mountain elves, as much as anything can be said to be common regarding a people that, other than Kilian, have not been seen for hundreds of years.
Elite ultra runners, that's cute.
He is 5'7"
See, its not cute. You anti-ultra guys come off as morons...just so you know.

Much butt hurt I sense in you.
If you really believed in the greatness of ultra runner idols who wouldn't be bothered by a bunch of letsrun trolls.

Allegedly, yes. And it may look that way to you, and indeed to most. It is a camouflage, a sort of glamour. It was Carriphinnor, or perhaps Er'yon, who are said to be the tallest who have ever come from those people. Kilian is a full head shorter than the marks attributed to them on the Wall of Records, in the Great Keep behind Rauros Falls.
The simple fact is that there are 14 year old girls who would beat this guy in a mile race.
