Timex Marathon GPS. Bought one for less than $100 a few years back. Standard watch, auto lap, etc.
Garmin 110. As basic as they come, makes a perfectly acceptable wristwatch for day-to-day affairs (seriously, it's small and actually quite stylish) and does what you want with zero fuss. Mine hasn't missed a beat in nearly three years.
How far/how fast/HR/elevation/online arena for uploading and viewing data on Google maps etc.
Here's the Nike+ GPS watch for $75

Here it iw with the box and shoepod for $90
You can find it cheaper in auction listings, but if you want a surefire buy, there you go.
It really is a great watch and looks sweet. Used it for the last five years.
Don't buy the Nike GPS. I had one of the earlier ones and it was an absolute piece of junk. I have read a lot of reviews of people having problems with them. With that said, the Garmin Forerunner 10 is what I have. Perfect, no frills. Gives me instant min/mile pace, distance traveled, total time, mile splits (chimes each mile and gives time for it), mapping on Garmin's website (with elevation, satellite mapping, pace graph, mile splits...). Right now it is $130. Go to runningwarehouse.com for free 2 day air shipping. I also recommend the black/red version, even if you have a small wrist (I do and it fits me no problem), because it has a larger screen.
I should also mention that if you want to have a HR monitor, it won't work with the Forerunner 10.
Here is a good list of GPS watches: http://www.runningwarehouse.com/catpage-sdmonitors.html
Garmin Forerunner 10.
$100 or less depending where you get it.
Measures distance and pace.
