I can't figure out how to pace the full results.

yes, probably.

Don't know whats up with him this year. He broke 13 last year- can't imagine losing that much fitness especially with World silver this year.
he needs a new ped regime
13 BEKELE Tariku ETH 13:28.41
is this it for him>
Lagat will stick around to break Eamonn Coghlan's world indoor masters mile record next winter. And then that'll be that
Maybe, maybe not. Maybe everyone should stop waiting on elite runners to screw up and jump in to kick them when they're down. It's almost like like many American track fans are sore about not making it themselves, so they have to wait for more successful runners to fall and then rip them once they mess up.
"Galen's on drugs!"
"Bernard is doped!"
"This guy races too much!"
"This guy doesn't race enough!"
"This lady is fast, so what? She's ugly!"
"Let's be angry at Nike!"
Can't we all be a little less cynical and more supportive? The world would be a better place.

Nice digging. Going to post the article on his B sample test too? Or are you another one of those guys who only tells half the truth?

Once age related decline starts, it's not unusual to lose 20 seconds per year. He could still cut some time this year so sounds about right.
He did run 7:38 recently, which is worth a lot better than this, so you can still expect Bernard Lagat to run much faster than 13:27 this year. It may be that he is still doing heavy training, couldn't handle a much faster fac and he is usually not at his best until August any way.

BFTP, in typical LRC style, lies/tells half truth, then non sequitur (what does Marion Jones have to do with Lagat?), and will probably next make the grand finale of cynical moves and claim that anyone who doesn't agree with him (even though he hasn't made a compelling factual argument) is a fanboy or in denial, etc.
Basically, proving Track Fans are the Worst's point.

Marion Jones is a liar and cheat. However, this is the opinion of the biochemist who witnessed her EPO B test:
http://www.latimes.com/news/la-sp-doping10dec10-story.html#page=3But Allen K. Murray, an Irvine biochemist who witnessed the confirmation test on Jones' behalf, says her "A" sample should never have been declared positive in the first place.
"I have very serious questions about the 'A' result," he said, arguing that the quantity of the sample in the "A" test was too low to give a clear reading and that the lab interpreted the relatively faint image too aggressively.
At worst, he said, the initial test should have been declared inconclusive.
Now do you have any data to counter what this biochemist stated in the above matter, or you just going to continue on with your mindless nonsense? Because if you don't have any actual counterpoint from a reliable source, just do us and yourself a favor and shut up.
I just saw the recap, which indicated that they ran 2:40s the first 3k (8:00), then 2:42, before the leader finished in 2:29. Clearly Lagat just did not have the ability to pick up the pace significantly off that pace, but neither did the other Americans who have run much faster this year, so I think that Lagat is definitely good for sub 13:10 right now with the right pacing.

This is a great resource for discussing the sport and idiots have to ruin every thread.
