I just finished reading this book by Eric Orton and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts about if for those who have? Specifically the training program.
The Bodywork section in the most recent Outside Magazine shows some of the training. i tried a couple of the exercises. The concept makes sense. What i found interesting is where i felt the burn doing these. On the slant board stuff, my hips and glutes were feeling it. No way i could do the reps recommended. I plan to buy the book.
