Another crash!?!?!
Another crash!?!?!
Traveling is tiring. Good for DS showing up and putting forth an effort.

that's gotta be the answer, right? I mean Jock/Loxsom/Brannen & others should be running 145-146, maybe 147 on a bad day, not 148-150
Yeah it is weird. Flotrack isn't reporting that anything happened, just that Duane crushed everybody. I don't know if they're actually watching the meet or what.
If I had to guess it looks like a huge crash early in the race behind Duane, and then Duane had no one to push him the rest of the way.
It's possible he went through at 49.8 - 50.1 and nobody chased. By 550 meters they may have given up on him.
Can anyone who watched this live tell me what went down? Why was everyone else so far off their PRs?

Jock used to go out that fast in college and ran 1:44 in his conference meet.
Just watched it, Solomon ran fast and the rest ran slow. That's it, no fall nothing.
Other than Solomon who was game today
The U.S. had guys who have run 1:45 or better running 1:49.x?

Not saying this fully explains it but it was very windy according to several other races with massive headwinds. Which just makes what Solomon did more impressive but shouldn't have impacted everyone else that much.
mrr, I saw the race and it was breezy, but Solomon almost ran over Scherer, and this was worth much better for him and Loxsom not that far behind in 50.xx high, at least he went after it must have run 58 in
Jock just looks lost to me, and Brannen was at 1:50.x?
Race was very weird
Pretty sure that Geoff Harris fell based on a tweet from his twitter account but I didn't watch the race so I don't know if he impeded anyone when he fell. Perhaps someone with a FloPro account can enlighten us all...
