I am worried that I might be having signs of a femoral neck stress fracture.
Here is my cross country prep so far:
44.6
45.4(one day off)
57.4
69.2
50(started feeling it on this week's Tuesday)
5.3(swam twice this week and rested)
32.2(current week so far)
All of this mileage was just easy running at an average of 6:28/mi pace. I've never been above 56mpw before. I haven't done any strengthening yet. I am about to be a sophomore in college.

Left Hamstring Strain @ hsjunior outdoor, hssenior outdoor, & cfreshman indoor (worst-missed 2/3 of indoor)
I tend to favor might right leg more because of the mild bunion on my left foot.
Anyway, after that almost 70 mile week I started feeling weird pressure like pain medially @ under my right knee on the tibia & medially @ 3/4 up my thigh, provoked by slightly squatted one leg hops. It appeared that my right legs quad muscles were very tense and greatly contracted when standing solely on my right leg (especially my vastus medialis). There appeared to be a straight line of muscle contraction from my right medial knee to my right lateral hip. Also, my right foot's big toe was getting very sore. I initially expected this was due to strained adductors (gracillis, sartorius). I took a few days off and swam some. As well, I went to a massage therapist, who informed me that my right leg's abducters were a lot tighter than my adducters (which didn't make sense to me if I was having medial pain).
So I started back up running this week after feeling that the pain was gone.
Current Week:
Monday: 5.3
Tuesday: 6.9
Wednesday: 10
Thursday: 10
Friday: Same symptoms are back. No run.
Saturday(Today): No run. Almost feels worse than it did yesterday, but is becoming milder as the day goes on.
