I think everyone knows that sometimes people don't test positive for things they are using. Or is that just too subtle of a concept for you?

You're right the reading comprehension here is not the best... but, I'm trying to comprehend how "he was obviously also using EPO' when there's no proof of such use i.e. having tested positive for it. Sorry if I coming across as obtuse.
