Watching on "low quality" is the only way to maintain connection. I have nothing else (except letsrun) running on my computer to interfere.

speedcheck says I'm at 16Mbps download. Why is "medium" so choppy? What speed do you need? "low" quality is terrible. Anyone else?

that seems to be be true for me too. And it's not my internet or computer that's the issue. Issue is definitely on the USATF/Runnerspace/Livestream side
The quality of this webcast sucks like a Hoover upright.

what's your speedcheck.net speed?
Running the vid on high just fine with 22 download speed, not sure what it up with your feed dropping on low.
it isn't working on my computer, but it is working smoothly on my ipad
Stream fine for me. What happened to Charles Jock?
Who knows, Jock 6th in 1:46.84. If Greer hadn't let that gap open up, I think he could have won, given his close.

30 Down / 35 up - must be the shitty service USATF uses. Probably can stream better to some geo-locations than others based on load. You would think they'd used a system that was current and not one that was replaced in 2011.

I meant what happened in the past couple of years. He seemed like he had a bit more room to improve but hasn't.
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Matt Choi was drinking beer halfway through the Boston Marathon
