Is her "genetics" explanation [or other factors] for her 4.4 T/E ratio believable?
Is her discussion of her ratio being well under the previous 6.0 T/E ratio limit worthy of discussion?

No
Isn't the next step to check for synthetic testosterone? I thought that's what happens when you're above the 4:1 ratio and having a high ratio isn't necessarily a bannable offense.
It would be interesting if her bio-passport supports the high results.
Her bigger problem is that this isn't the first time her name has come up connecting her to doping.
She should use the Floyd Landis excuse of drinking too much jack daniels.
Or in a complete un-informed guess/accustation, I would go with the micro-dosing techniques that were the rage in the peloton the past few years. You can get testosterone in so many different forms that applying a small amount would be easy and you could fly under the 4:1 ratio as long as they aren't testing for synthetic.
Normal is between 1-1.5:1 depending on race.
There are variations, but the WADA set is set doubly high from even outliers to make sure there are no false positives.
The 6:1 to 4:1 argument is nonsense. WADA changed it because they realized that 4:1 still didn't allow false positives.
Why has her testosterone regularly been in the 3:1 range?
Simple. She probably has been doping almost her entire career, given the Simon Vroemen connection and earlier expose's on her.
The test has been used to catch people for a long time. It's not a new test t ban people.
We couldn't directly test for synthetic testosterone for a REALLY long time, until the newer CIR testing, but that is really expensive. So this T:E test is what is mostly used.
What athletes traditionally did/do is know how much Testosterone cream to take to increase their levels to just under 4:1. And that's what they do.
She screwed up. Most likely got careless, or got stuff that absorbed at a higher rate, or took it too close to her testing window slightly.
So her ratio was just above instead of just below...
She's a doper.
is she a shemale like Caster Semenya and that's why it's high or whatever? Would that do it?

Notice how she intends to show that her natural E/P is higher than others, aka longitudinal study. aka bio-passport.
Compare that to Mary Slaney's reaction now almost 20 years ago. Slaney had every opportunity to offer her medical records to fine a reason why her E/P ration was 11:1 but didn't. The Herzog case is quite different, and an completely different reaction for her compared to Slaney.
They are always innocent
She is pretty, therefore I believe her.
of course she's on it

"Hopefully a review of my biological passport (I have been tested every 2-4 weeks over the past several years) will deem these results acceptable for me."
Is this accurate? She's a Dutch citizen living in CO. Who is testing her so often?
"Despite my requests, the test will be done in the same lab - possibly by the same researcher - who did my A sample analysis. Do you think this researcher will be motivated to show that he made an error in the first round? If he revealed a testing error, his credibility - and that of the entire lab- would be called into question. Not a great career move."
Because thats what researchers do...

Which road races are testing for drugs? I've run hundreds of them and never been tested.
First she was associated with a group up to no good in Spain.
Next there was something about emails and a doctor in Mexico.
Now this....
Either she is the unluckiest person on the planet or a cheat. I would believe the chemistry over her any day of the week.
