down goes leo down goes leo
Wote ran like a rookie.. he was content to run with the Aussie, but if he would've gone after Leo from the gun, Ethiopia would be Silver. Leo looked rough out there, waiting for splits.
These are in no way official but Casey opened in 3:38, Torrence faded to a 3:36, leer ran 3:39, and Leo ran something around 3:45-3:47
No idea about the kenyans
Not surprised. The fact that flotrack was making such a big deal about running 25.xx on his last 200 of a workout didn't seem right to me. Dude needs to stop all the ridiculous hops, skips, stretches, etc , and get back to freaking hard training.
What the hell are you talking about? He raced for 2nd. Kenya was already out of reach. Leo wasn't going to beat Kiprop anyway. Good run for the US.
What am I talking about? I'm talking about the 3:47 that Uncle Leo just dropped. WEAK.

That was ridiculous when that flotrack guy was freaking out about the 25.xx 200. Half my team can do that and they're not anywhere close to as good as Leo.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
