If by "creepy" you mean "amazing", then yes, that was TOTALLY "creepy"...
no wonder they did so badly...you're never supposed to roll before a race. Especially a sprinting one. You lose muscle tension.

Why would you want to train with diminished muscle tension?
About 2 minutes in you can start to see their superior stretching techniques.
You can learn a thing a two just by watching.
