Honestly, try more natural running shoes that allow you to run in POSE form, as invented by CrossFit. This will save your knees in the long term.
Good shoes for that are any of the Reebok CrossFit shoes.

serious question, has anyone tried these because I really want to know what they feel like when running. Nevermind your screwed if you get a rock caught in one of the blades. I see some places are cutting the price down too.
Anybody else feel like the "blades" should be fscing the other direction to give proper return?

Honestly, Adidas Springblade shoes are perfect but if they have the blades in opposite direction. I got them online from this website about 7 months ago and its on perfect shape.
