not sure why xfitters say it is "functionally fit"
It's pretty much the opposite. xfitters such at sprinting, have the worst endurance (i.e. their current champ can't brake 12 in 100m or 58 in 400m or 20min in a 5k so imagine what the average xfitter does)
And for bigger, more ripped guys they are weak sauce. Again their "champ" deadlifts like 550 or something. pretty weak for such a big dude.
The only thing xfitters are functional for is their weird little made up exercises like walking 100 steps with kettle balls and weird kipping pushups. And they are pretty lean and ripped but generally in a stumpy, apeish looking way
