Watch out for RPI. They finished 5th at regionals, and only graduate one out of that crew.
Cortland and NYU were both hit hard by graduation, I think they both lose 4 out of their top 7. Geneseo, on the other hand, didn't graduate anyone in their top 14. Interpret that as you'd like.
SLU could be top three, easily.
I feel like RPI has something up their sleeve, they are definitely on the come up
SLU returns all 7!
Pat Fannon petitions NCAA for 6th year, wins regionals! you heard it here first
My money is on Geneseo
I heard the regionals course goes right through the middle of a lake. Can anyone confirm?

My uncle works for the NCAA and can confirm that this is true.
Confirm venue
When are they reorganizing the regions? Is it next year?
I believe the reorganization begins next year (2015).
Ithaca's hosting and its going straight up Cayuga lake and then right back down.
Teams: Cortland and NYU are losing some significant seniors from last season and Geneseo is returning all of its runners. Of the three of them, look for Cortland to drop back the most. NYU is my pick to be the most likely to reload and rebound in this new season. Geneseo is most likely to stay status quo, since I haven’t seen results from most of their runners this track season, but the talent for success is there on paper. St. Lawrence is returning quite a few of its runners so perhaps they can return to their 2010 ways?
Individuals: A classic battle between Marcantonio, Miles-Rath and Karten last year at Letchworth. But what have they done this track season? Karten is out of eligibility I believe? Marcantonio and Miles-Rath appear to be very injury prone and will be probably be on thin ice before they are injured again. I’m expecting someone from the underclassmen will take the title this year.
And then there is always the transfers….
LETSSS GET ROUTY!!!!!!!
Joe ray out of cortland received a foot amputation this week after a mishap with a bear trap. Any truth to these rumors?
If my sources are true, Cortland will be transferring (1) Hans Bateman for the fall. Watch out for him as a frontrunner as he has already broken 10 minutes in the 20 muffin challenge, very early for the season.
Watch out for Hans Bateman this year. I saw that kid eat 60 White Castle burgers once. So competitive. He's got ice and cholesterol running through his veins.
Big things coming out of Plattsburgh this season. Keep an eye on Castellani and Connor, however cortland will be nothing without savino for a second consecutive season.
Ever hear of it?
Hi I'm ian. I'm new to running. I've been looking for a good running forum to write about my progress. To be perfectly honest I'm fat and because of my family history I may be prone to diabetes. My goal is to run a 5k by September and lose about 20 pounds. I will post on this forum throughout the summer and I would really appreciate your support. You'll sure have my support! So let's get out there and run!
