Nope.
People don't run boston because it's a fast/easy course (sans freak hurricane tailwind). If they modify it, they should make it a net uphill, run the race in December, and finish in Paul Revere's bathroom.
It has to have a short distance from start to finish to avoid tailwinds, too.
