Yup. If you actually hit those 400's after the all out 300 then you should be looking to set a pr next race.
Thanks man. Went really well, faster than my target times on two of them.
This is a bad workout. 66's 3 times with that much rest? My 800 PR is 2:10.8 and I just ran a 15x400 workout @ 68's with 90 second rest.
Do 3 sets of 4x300 with 100m jog + 10 sec rest and 3 minute set rest.

Congratulations, bad workout. If you're not running a 4:30 then you're probably doing something totally wrong. With that said, if you're running a 4:30 and only running 2:10, you're probably doing something totally wrong. So don't mess with other people when you have no idea what you're talking about. PS - Some people are more speed oriented than strength oriented. Please learn about the sport before making obnoxious comments.
OP, as always, one session isn't a great indicator. However, you're probably due for a PR so keep plugging away at it and keep us updated!

you don't know what you're talking about. Based on your 800 pr I'm going to assume you're a high school kid. Here's a bit of advice: chill out, and listen to the people on this site who actually know what they're talking about. Read the sub-1:50 training thread. Read Daniels, Lydiard, Rubio, etc. and don't judge the training of others because right now you have no clue what you're talking about.
