Gravity - its not just a good idea, its the law.
Helium balloons float away which pretty much proves gravity wrong. Until it can explain helium balloons, it's a theory with a big hole in it.

Scientific theories are usually supported by substantial evidence. Its not the typical theory which are purely based off of guesses and speculation.

Not into outer space. They are just held by gravity at arms length.
clearly your brain floated away
People do float away under the theory of the supernatural.
Intelligent Falling.
Ummm... The LAW of universal gravitation??

So what. The balloon still floated away before it got to outer space, and gravity couldn't stop it.

Then explain solar powered helicopters.
I have a theory that you don't know what a scientific theory is.

It still had it by the balls. Think of the balloon as a man with a wife and children.
Helium is the reason to leave and outer space is freedom but the wife is gravity.

A scientific theory is not a guess or hypothesis or supposition--in everyday speech we frequently use "theory" to mean those--but a (proposed) *explanation* of data/facts and the "laws" that we draw from those data.
Example: evolution (the diversification of life on Earth) is an observable fact; a theory of evolution attempts to explain the fact, for instance by positing natural selection (among other things) as the mechanism that prompts the diversification.
Google or some Wall Street Bank should patent gravity, and make a fortune off charging people to use it!
Thats brilliant, since we all use Gravity every day, and we all use gravity in every way.

LOL
The weight of God in the atmosphere keeps them grounded

Evolution
How is it gravity and evolution are referred to as theories, but global warming makes no reference to theory?
