A freshman from Duke insisted that they were the best 800 school in the country, but I've got to go with Florida. Who do you got?

Florida definitely has a pretty deep group.
Recent Press Release for upcoming Drake Relays;
Last year, Illinois won both the men’s and women’s Hy-Vee Cups and will return to Drake Stadium to defend the honor in 2014. The Fighting Illini will face stiff competition to repeat with a field that already includes the likes of Florida, Arkansas, TCU, Washington and Baylor. The men’s competition will be exceptionally strong as Arkansas and Florida began the outdoor season ranked Nos. 1 and 2, in a field that will feature eight teams in the preseason top 25.
Maybe Arkansas and Florida will throw out a 4 x 800. I saw Florida at the Iowa St. Classic indoor meet. Arroyo was left behind in the 800 but still ran pretty well for a Freshman.

Georgia Tech is pretty solid. Top 4 guys this season are 1:47.19, 1:47.66, 1:49.58, and 1:49.97. After that there's also a couple 1:51's.

Sorry, Princeton is not in the picture here by any definition. If you want to ask, "what is the best 800U to consistently win the 4X800 in April at the Penn Relays", then Penn State would likely have my vote.
If you want to ask, "What is the best 800U to win NCAA 800m championships in June", then Oregon is the best answer.
Men:
Penn State, Oregon, Florida
Women:
Stanford, Oregon, Oklahoma State

Your vote would not be based on the facts.
